Cllr Emma Constable

I joined Woodmansey Parish Council in Feb 2020 – just before Covid really hit! It’s great to be part of a team who represent the views of local residents and oversee various activities that impact the area for the better. I hope we listen to our residents and make Woodmansey a nice place to live, work and play.

I’m a fairly new resident having moved to the village in Dec 2017 from Hull and have to say I received a very warm welcome, it’s nice people actually speak when you pass in the street. Having lived in both town and country and working for a consumer goods manufacturer in Sustainability I hope I bring many transferrable skills to the parish council to drive positive action.

In my spare time you’ll find me at the stables with my gorgeous horse Saffron (yes, I am biased!), I strongly believe everyone needs ‘down-time’ to reset both physically and mentally and for me there’s nothing better than going for a good canter when possible
