The Parish Council has friends in high places and arranged for Father Christmas and his Elf Helper to visit schools in Woodmansey Parish and hand out a small Christmas present from the Parish Council to all the children.  Father Christmas and his little Elf Helper were warmly received by excited children as can be seen from the photos below and they would like to thank the schools for making them feel so welcome – they had a great time.

Parish Cllrs hope these visits brought some early Christmas cheer to the lovely children and you never know, Father Christmas may well agree to make a return visit next year if we speak to him nicely.

A big thanks to Cllr Phil Bown and Cllr Claire Levy or making the visit to the schools happen (say no more).
